2nd hard drive limiting performance

Say I have a solid state or 10k RPM harddrive as a primary in my computer and has OS on it. If i put a 7200 or 5400 RPM in as a secondary drive for storage and movies and stuff, will the second hard drive affect the performance of the machine in Windows 7? and gaming and shstuff?

No. The second drive will not cause the first or any other drive to be any slower.
