2k and xp uses same ntfs?

as far as i know it's the same, i could be wrong though. I do know that my 2k install can read my 2k3 install on my dual boot system.
 
I *believe* 2K was NTFS 5.0 and XP and higher is NTFS 5.1
I'll see if i can find the exact details
