Does anyone know what kind of 3dmark scores a single 2900GT gets? I saw dual card setup getting 14K but curious what a single one is getting. Cant find many reviews on this card.

Would you say its faster then a 7950GT 512? Im curious because I placed an order for a 7950GT and the 2900GT is only 10$ more.

I don't know of any place that compares them directly, but a 7950 GT, trades blows with the X1950 Pro, with a slight edge in a couple of games, so I would say they should be about even. The only game (at least in those tests), where the HD 2900 GT shines, is in the UT3 Demo.
If you want a DX10 card, for under $200, the HD 2900 GT might be the card for you. The thing is, it will not run DX10 games very well, to begin with. So choosing it, because of DX10, is not a good buying decision. You are better off, in saving for a 8800 GT or the upcoming HD 3870. If DX10 is not your thing, definitely get a 7950 GT/X1950 Pro. Very good DX9 performance for the price.
