27" Monitors for Eyefinity

Can anyone recommend something?

Fairly specific what I want but having trouble finding it. The dell looked good but the native resolution was too high.

Criteria:
-Displayport plug (I don't want adapter issues)
-IPS panel
-16:10, the 1080 is too skinny
-1920x1200 native resolution. I do not want 2560x1600 it's too much pixels for a single GPU.
-Reasonable response time (as low as IPS can)
-26" to 28" size
-Small bezel in landscape mode

Is there anything that has all that?

-Budget is not decided yet, but I'll have spare cash from selling my 30"
 
Well... There's something that is very close but it's pva.
Dell 2709w (Has DP)
Dell 2707wfp (Has only DVI)
 
Dell is pva? ahh that's funny I assumed they were all IPS because my Dell 30" is IPS, and the 20" Dells are IPS. Just goes to show have to be careful making assumptions...
 
So for IPS our choices are pretty much 24" or 30"

Too small or too big :(

They don't make choices easy for multimonitor

I might stick with my PLP setup and SoftTH then

With Displayport and 1920x1200 res?

I've only seen them without displayport and with massive 2560 resolution... which is not acceptable for Eyefinity. 3x2560 is far too massive for any existing video card to power.

Not that easy... Crossfire only works for the top games, and even then people report stuttering and other issues.

I don't play the top games much, I play mainly flight sims and they generally don't support crossfire.

Rise of Flight (has crossfire but not good)
Cliffs of Dover

To name just a few that don't work well with Crossfire, however the above is 90% of my gaming time so crossfire is not worth the headaches.

KISS principle when it comes to graphics cards, less headaches.

However a single 7970 is fine to power a PLP 20" 30" 20", or 3x27" 1920x1200 eyefinity.
Problem is finding 27" with that res that also has IPS and Displayport...

It's looking like 24" is my only option with the Dells... but I'm loathe to give up my 30" for a 24" middle.

So I'll probably stick with what I have and HOPE for PLP support in the future or for someone to release a good 27" monitor suitable for eyefinity
