27' led monitors

I've been looking at the HP 27x11 online. I haven't seen it in person.There are no reviews for that monitor either. I have a hans G 28 that I want to replace. The hans G has alot of backlight bleeding and it causes me eye strain. I have around 450.00 to spend. Would you guys recommend that monitor or something else 27'?

get the Asus VE27Q since it gets good reviews.

The HP is glossy, if it has similar performance to the Asus it will look better, however Glossy screens reflect light with dark content. During a dark scene in a game or movie you will be able to see yourself and your room.

In my Acer G245H review I show how it reflects light at the 1:30 mark. Check that out first then remember that the Asus gets good reviews while the HP will be a gamble.

Just a small thing NCX, not to be a pedantic ass or anything as I usually don't make a point of such things, but it's "since" not "sense". You've made that error on a lot of your posts, I thought it was a typo first, but you consistently do it :)

Hey, you're the only person I've seen on this forum who has paid for access to all the new Prad reviews, who will I turn to now? :)
 
So you think that the Asus VE27Q will have better picture quality than the HP? Im only gonna game on the monitor. Also, the Asus is a step up in quality over my hans g?

Almost any brand is a step up in quality over Hans, except for maybe Westinghouse and Acer. Asus makes the best TN monitors available.
