[persisting1]

This display is supposed to be available soon (Mid December). Not many details. Does have 2 HDMI inputs.

Could be promising.

27 inch at 1920x1080? Am I the only one that dislikes this trend? If I want to upgrade from my G2400W I will have to lose some 120 lines... Bummer.

The sooner we get to 2560x1440 as a standard for 16:9 27" screens the better imo.

I just hope it they don't replace the 30" 2560x1600 panels before I can afford one.

[holinger]

aesthetically it looks pretty good. . . i agree about 2560x1440 though. . Not a huge fan of the 1080, but at the same time i like the shape of 16:9 for console use.

Any ideas as to when this is coming out?

It's out, the M2700HD is out = )

$500 at Amazon. Is it a Hanns G killer? It better be a LOT better to be priced nearly $200 higher.
