2600xt + hdtv = screen bounces

Occasionally the screen will bounce or twitch upwards slightly.

The screen im using is a samsung 4071

1080p/60

the issue only occurs on the 2600xt, my 8800gtx works fine.

Any ideas?
 
i saw that someone had replied and my hopes were sky high - you crushed them in an instant.

I had a similar problem with 2600XT; when I had two screens hooked up the secondary one would have strange black flickering or jumpiness across part of the screen. I couldn't find any info on the problem and manufacturer support was useless. I ended up returning it.
 
i think its a bandwidth issue because when i reduce the refresh rate is goes away.

I'm looking foward to the new ati card but if it has this crap i'm going to be thoroughly pissed.
 
when i set it up for 1080/30 i have a huge rainbow effect =/

Still looking for help on the matter because ati support is garbo
