Pretty much i'm putting a xbox in a ammo can. Not that hard right? WRONG this project has been one big pain in the a$$ since the beginning.
Heres the ammo can i'm using nice good size can. Only problem is this thing is not light at all and with the parts in it, its got to be 35Lbs.

UPDATE
Got the side vents cut they need some work but i got it most of the way. I love these things they turned out great. Same goes for the jewel.
And the thing that makes it a xbox the jewel. Only problem with this is its clear i don't want that, so i'm going to take the jewel off my other xbox and put that on it.

Well i got the mouse done like 5 min ago. I like it. The buttons and back was done with wrinkle paint for grip. And the middle was done with just green paint for a more army style. Bad thing is now i'm not going to be using this thing. I changed my mind about the linux.
------------------------------------------

And heres the plug for the power cord. I got it out of am old PSU i had laying around.

UPDATE
Heres the fan i put in the back. It works pretty good, but now i can't stand the case up.
Heres the power and reset switchs. Simple and were no one can just bump them and turn it on.
------------------------------------------
UPDATE
Got the chip. I'm just in love with this thing, best chip ever.
Here it is on the board. I used the pinheader install. I'll never trust a solderless.
Heres the D0, Pin39 and Lan wires soldered and taped in place on the back of the board.
Got done flashing the chip and setting up the hard disk.
-------------------------------------------
UPDATE
Got the mobo tray and PSU tray cut up.
As you can see i cut the mobo tray so i can still have the DVD right on it then the HDD well be glued yes glued to the DVD.
Inside pic.
I still have a little more cutting for the PSU tray. And as you can see i'm just using the other half of the xbox bottom i cut off for that.
Now the next thing to do is get the leds and WIRE it up.
