Does anyone know if there is going to be a 256mb version of the 6600 GT? I am going to build an SLI system as soon as the Gigabyte nforce4 SLI mb becomes available. It seemed like I read a couple of months ago that there was going to be that version, but can't find where I saw it.
Also, the Gigabyte announcement about the dual GPU (256mb) 6600 is pretty exciting (woody kind of exciting), but nothing I read says that it will be SLI capable (4 GPU's 512mb!).
I wood like to find out (I said wood twice in the same post).

Well, for a video card that only has a 128bit interface, the extra memory is near useless. I'm not sure what interface the dualcore 6600 has, so i won't comment on that, besides saying it's rather exciting and that if it is PCI-E and made by nVidia, it is cetain to be SLI enabled.
