You can use RivaTuner. In the main page, u can see the memory bus & the pipeline factor.
 
It is impossible for a 9500pro to have 256bit interface. Only the 9500np with L shape ram were able to become 256bit.

they werent able to they just WERE 256bit to turn it off they had to take them to 64mb
 
AHH ok I understand now. They were always 256bit the softmod just opened the other 4 pipelines.
