At idle, it's on 1.288V and temperatures of 45, 33, 34, 35.

I can get it to 4.5 on 1.314 and prime95's to about 70.

I have the H212+ on it.

How are my temperatures?
 
Fine depending on ambients. If you're near 30C ambient then the temps are ok, 25C ambient and under and you're running a little warm.
