2500K cpu idle temp too high

I just put together a Core i5 2500K build last night. I’m a bit surprised on how high the cpu temp is on idle. This is checking it via the Click Bios in the MSI P67A-C43 motherboard. I’m running the stock cooler on the cpu. The cpu temp in the Click Bios is showing 55 degrees C while the System Temp is 27 degrees. That’s too high for it to idling at 55 degrees. it would also climb to 56 and 57 then back down to 55 degrees just idling in the Click Bios. I checked the heat sink mounting and all 4 pins have fully gone though to the board. I am not sure what the ambient room temperature though. I'd guess 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Here’s the hardware

CASE – Antec 300 with top 140mm fan running on medium speed, rear 120mm running on medium speed and a side 120mm connected onto the system fan 2 on the motherboard
HSF - Stock cooler with the applied grease that came with the cooler
PSU – Antec EA650 Green
CPU – Intel Core i5-2500K (stock)
MOBO – MSI P67A-C43 (B3)
RAM – G. Skill 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1333
HDD – Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB
VIDEO – HIS Radeon 6870 1GB
OPTICAL – ASUS 24X SATA
O/S – Windows 7 Pro 64 bit

Any cpu monitoring software that someone can recommend?
 
Yah, from what I've read, temps are higher in the BIOS, but I haven't looked into it, since CoreTemp and RealTemp report a lower value within windows for me.
