2500+ overclocking advice

I agree it´s all to much bumping in this thread. And I find it funny 80 % of the posts come from the thread starter.

Milkyman this thread is getting quite hard to follow as it´s.

If your original question was answered try making a new thread with your new question and don´t bump until it´s off the first page at least. It won´t help you get replies just because you bumped it if they can see it anyway ;)

teh angrybusdriver is right, not much point in thinking ahead and BTX will be a flop anyway if you ask me(cases look so silly :p).
Just get your nice lian-li, when BTX is out you'll be looking around for a new system anyway.

Who am I? well, i've been a computer entusiast for the last 7 years of my life, now if you don't want to take sound advice then don't but quit with the bumping threads nobody is going to answer your questions if you continue to act as rude as you have in this thread. Why ask for advice when you're not going to take it anyway? bah.

------------------------

ok. nobody answered my question(s) to a sufficent level.

i didn't ask whether BTX wil be a flop. also no cases have been officially released.

i am not and will not be looking for an entire new system. i might like to buy alot of things, but as to whether i should is another thing.

the lian-li is nice. but at the price tag it would have to last me quite a while. it retials about £90 in the uk + PSU. added together this is a sufficent amount of money.

my next upgrade is in july. its only a few months away and i was trying to keep track of what new and or comming out and price a few things out.

nothing is rude about my thread u prude. < dont take that so seriously. i simply asked why 1 thing was better than the other. after searching over the internet i disagree with the "sound advice". i also disagree with my origional option.

--------------

i wasn't starting a thread for a chat. i simply wanted to ask a few questions.

the thread got so big because i lost another couple of threads i started when i split the questions i asked in this thread. using one tread keeps it in a central location as oppsed to having to digout multiple threads.

Can we get more feedback on which fan to use in conjunction with the Thermalright SP97?

I've got a vantec tornado 92mm running with my heatsink (below) runs great and with a fan controller the noise isn't that bad.
