I may jump on this. My MX518 is on its last legs. The feet have fallen off, and it's getting all wonky. Which laser mouse should I replace it with? I hear people say they hate the G500, and the G9 looks pretty awful, though that might not be the case. Does Logitech not sell the G5 anymore?
 
I use the G9 and love it. My friend actually came over and tried it out and was like damn this mouse is hella nice. It fits my hand perfectly and is definitely the best mouse I have ever used. I got it for 20 bucks when they had the $30 MIR awhile back. If they bring it back I will definitely be getting another one.
 
I bought my g500 from bestbuy a couple of weeks ago.. wish I had got this instead.

FYI you can call customer service and get a free replacement regardless of how long you have had, they will require the serial #.( and you dont have to worry about shipping the old one back)
