2405FWP with a 6800 OC?

Sorry to add yet another thread to the 2405 discussion but i didnt see one that would specifically answer my question.

I see people posting about 6800 GT OC's and GT's but I rarely see BFG's 6800 OC on lists that give specific information and i want to make sure my video card can run the monitor as well as it can. I'm likely to buy a 2405 monday or so, but this is my first LCD and im trying to get as much specific info as i can before pulling the trigger.

You would be stretching it if you wanted to play newer games at the max res of that monitor. An X800XL (close to the same price of 6800nu) would be a better card for you.
 
without extra eye candy on, i think you should be able to play just about anything at (playable) framerates.
