The last one is my major problem. It's hard to make out, but I have red lines faintly running down the screen every 25 pixels or so. The problem exists with the DVI or VGA input. My CRT does not display these lines. The green lines only happen in PIP mode, and only with the DVI. With the VGA input, the lines are faint red, and hard to see.

What the hell happened? I started watching a DVD, and afterwards, my monitor was like this!
 
It only happens at certain resolutions? 1600x1200 is perfectly fine, but 1680x1050 does this.

Why the hell does my video card think it maxes out at 1680x1050 on the DVI connector, but not the VGA? What is going on!

Well, at least I know now that it looks like a driver problem!

Edit: It's not a driver problem. The monitor tells me that it cannot display 1920x1200 at 60Hz on the DVI connector.
 
do you have a spare computer , try hooking it up to another computer see if it still does that.

I have a spare computer, but it only has VGA out, not DVI. There's no problems running the monitor through the VGA cable. I can get the full 1920x1200 res at VGA, just not DVI.
