I was wondering if anyone wouldn't mind posting the settings they use for this monitor...I just got mine, and am brand new to lcd screens. I have a Wildcat 4110 card (monitor connected via DVI) on my current workstation, but will recieving my new workstation within a week or two with a Quadro 4400FX. I mainly do 3dsmax work, and am interested to see what settings you all currently use. Also, here are a few things I noticed, which maybe related to other issues other than the display:
1. Animation playback using MPEG-1 and Windows Media Player (6.4) is a bit choppy in spots and has some weird horizontal scaling issues. However, when I route TV into the monitor, through a capture card, the TV playback is not as choppy as the animation mpeg.
2. The text in Windows 2000 Pro are a bit blurry and not a crips as with my old 20" Trinitron CRT.
3. Everything else is very, very good...I'm well pleased with the color, brightness, contrast, (even though all I did was connect it and turn it on...I'v not yet adjusted any settings) size, and quality, no dead pixels, buzzing or whining, etc.
Thanks for any help.
