2405 Buzzes loudly when brightness set below 100?

Anyone ever heard of something like this? I just noticed it this evening. If I turn the brightness down past full it starts buzzing and I can't stop it no matter what I do. I tried resetting the factory settings and resetting my 7800GT settings as well. Nothing. Any suggestions?
