I got my 2400 mobile barton yesterday. I can hit 2.53 GHZ but it requires 2.0 vcore, currently priming for about an hour with no problems. Even at this high voltage my temps are pretty low since I am using an SLK900A with a 80mm tornado fan, it doesnt even break 46C at full load. I am also able to run 2.0GHZ at 1.45V, 2.2GHZ at 1.6V and 2.4GHZ at 1.8V, all stable. I am using an NFS-7 v2.0 and 2x256mb Kreton PC3500 at 2.0-3-3-7.

nice warez

and i'm glad to see the 2400+ mobile barton does indeed come with 512k cache... isn't it a 2.0ghz stock part? i figure that'd make it a mobile 3000+ or something.. great prices on those chips, and a nice oc.

the stock for a 2400+ mobile barton is 1.93ghz, not that it means anything.
and its still got the 266mhz fsb which is why its not considered a 3000+.
i dont know if the fact it has 1.45v instead of 1.65v would make it perform worse.
ive actually never heard of someone using a mobile barton for a desktop. sounds cool.
