First time building a loop and was wondering if there would be much of a benefit using a 280mm versus a 240mm radiator. I was going to get http://www.frozencpu.com/products/1...sal_CPU_Water_Cooling_Kit_Hot_Item.html#blank but was wondering if a 280mm radiator like http://www.frozencpu.com/products/1...lack_No_Nozzles_HX-CU1402V.html?tl=g30c95s930 would be worth the extra money. Reason I'm asking is I have a CM 690 II Advanced and wanted to keep it internal. I got kids and they like to "tinker" with my stuff. Just going to do the CPU in sig til I get a GTX570, the taht will be added. Thanks for the help guys.

140mm rads are 36% larger (area), so effectively a 140x2 is equivalent to a 120x2.72. With a GPU in the loop a 240 is marginal, so if a 360 won't fit, I'd go for the 280.
