What PSU would you recommend for the following setup?

AMD Sempron 145
2 x MSI 5870 cards heavily overclocked (hoping for 1100 MHz core)
1 x hard drive

System will be running 24/7 at 100% load.

I was thinking TX750W V2 but wondering if I need more power.
