I finally built a desktop for my home office, instead of relying on a laptop. It's been about 5 years since I've had a desktop video card, so this HD 5770's capabilities are new to me.
Can I use the DisplayPort on this card to drive a 10bpp monitor for something akin to true HDR? It'd be fun to write some 3D apps that don't have to do as much tonemapping to fake HDR.
