23" apple cinema display -- dead?

All,

Recently shuffled some things around during a new build. 23" cinema display was working beautifully before the adjustment. After unplugging and reconnecting the display, the monitor now receives no power. LED light fails to light up. I'm currently using 2 other monitors on the machine for which it is intended so that rules out any possibility of video card issues. I have also tried the monitor on several different power outlets which have all been verified to be working.

Has anyone ever had this same issue? If so, were you able to fix it by getting a new power adapter?

Any thoughts or ideas?

Yes. I've had the SAME issue. The 90w adapter is crap IMO. Very poor build quality. The 30" 130w PSU seems to work better and after I got the 130w PSU my problems went away. Keep in mind that the power supply is about $100.
 
Thanks for the feedback. I plan on getting the 30" adapter and it's good to hear that it helped someone else with the same problem.
