Yeah, but that's only a 100 watt stepdown transformer. What device are you planning on using it for?
 
Is he trying to power his computer with this? What PSU does he have? If it's a good recent one it should adjust the input voltage automatically and he just needs the Korean power cord to plug into the wall.
 
modern active PFC PSUs you just feed them the line and they are fine
 
Thanks for the response guys, Turns out several of corsairs PSUs have 100-265V inputs and automatically adjust, so as 4745454b (a name really?) and jojo69 said he just needs the adapter.

I wouldn't bother with adaptors, just buy new cords for the monitor (unless he's using an old CRT) and psu. Speakers though will probably require a stepdown transformer, same with xbox one but the PS4 and Wii U both have 110-250v power supplies.
