I posted this is the small form factor forum but have not had any responce. I am reposting here perhaps with better luck.

Has any one run windows server 2012 hypervisor on a Shuttle pc ?

What shuttle models have you succedded in using ?

What other SMALL pc's have you run windows server 2012 hypervisor on ?

We've had both Hyper-V 2008 and 2012 (we just recently transitioned to 2012) running on most models of the Mac Mini since the 2009 model.

Generally speaking, the Hyper-V standalone version works on pretty much any hardware that Windows Server 2008 or 2012 will work on. You should be able to run it on pretty much any Shuttle PC.
 
I am mostly concerned about the NIC card that comes on the system. I know server level drivers dont always come supported with consumer focused products.
