The CPU will most likely be a Xeon E5-2620v3. The reason I'm going with this CPU is I require PCIe Access Control Services (ACS) support on the CPU in order to properly virtualize PCIe passthrough. This CPU also has support for IOMMU super pages. Overclocking isn't a concern but I would be willing to pay extra for a motherboard that supports it. Motherboard requirements in decreasing order of importance:

2011-3 socket support
ECC RAM (Unbuffered, I'm fine with 64GB support)
M2 PCIe 3 x4
2 x PCIe 3 x16
Dual NIC (Intel)
USB 3.1 Gen 2 (Alpine Ridge ?)
Dual Bios

Right now all I can see is this, but I'm hoping there's more out there.

Is ECC the main thing that's holding me back from more selection?

PS If anyone can tell me if PCIe Access Control Services (ACS) or IOMMU super pages are supported on the Xeon E3-1200 v5's that would be appreciated.

Have a look through these AsRock boards. They are almost all Xeon and ECC ram compatible. They are also a lot cheaper than Asus, and just as good, if not better. I don't know much about PCIe ACS, but go through the specs and see if any of these boards have what you need:

The ASRock x99 WS board is really nice. I have it and it does ECC RDDIMMS and i got 4 16GB sticks in it.

Native USB 3.1 will be harder to find IIRC

Also why get a dual socket CPU (they can't OC)? Just get a 1650v3 and OC it to 4.5GHz and your golden. Dual socket is stupid if your not getting 2 CPUs or super high core count ones.

PM me if you need a reply. Not subbing
