2007fpw stand for a 2005fpw?

[taylorwilsdon]

I just picked up a Dell 2005fpw because the price was too absurd to not buy it (no, its not available - I bought it on Craigslist).

Anyways, I really like the stands on the newer models (07 series) and I was wondering if its possible to get just the stands and have it work.

I've got both a 2405fpw and a 2005fpw now, but I wallmount the 2405 so I don't have to deal with the ugly circular stand. However, this will be on my desk so I have to use a stand (no wall space left)

If anyone knows (a) if the 2007fpw stand will fit into the 2005fpw's backing and (b) where I could buy one, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks

I know in England you can get some off Ebay.

Thanks.
