2005FPW work good for consoles?

Little dorm room, game consoles and PC, one monitor. My biggest question is two fold:
1. How does this handle de-interlacing?
2. Can this support HD-Signals? If i get a Xbox 2 can i play full 720p on this or not? Do i have to get a LCD TV for all of that?

Sorry guys but i really dont know displays well, thanks for any help you can give!
