can you use this monitor as a TV? I am not up to date on LCD's I have been living in the past with my crt for the past few years. Sorry if this is stupid question.

Yes, yes you can.
It even supports S-video and RCA in.
Also this particular monitor allows for picture in picture, and picture by picture.

(browse the web/play games while watching TV, no problem!)
 
sweet thanks. I wanted to wait to get a computer, but I wanted to get this monitor cause I have a gift certificate to dell. So I just wanted to know that it would get use till it can be used for a computer.
