Just one word: COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL

Incredible, no badpixels.
To anyone uncertain between 4:3 and Widescreen no dubt: WIDESCREEN

Sure seems like a good deal. For some reason there's just one thing holding me back...

I can't imagine owning something with "Dell" on it.

You'll get over it quickly the first time you pull up HL2 or WoW or watch a DVD

I' ve watched "the incredibles" right now
From my point of view many problems dealing with displays are pretty easy to solve: peolple wanna play doom3 with an LCD, spending 500€ and hopin' to get breathless, MAN U'R WRONG!!!!!!!!!
This is the simply limit of smartness of many people, nowadays lcd make a great job, that's a fact, they work better than some years ago, but if U want to play doom3 u're supposed to know that u sould buy something like samsung 1100DF, not 2005FPW.
I use this display for cad, and I can say that it works great for prosumer clients, may playing a movie while waiting for inspiration

what does "This is simply limit of smartness of many people" exactly mean?

I think your point is that one should buy a 20 inch CRT monitor if they want to play doom 3 instead of a 2005FPW. I totally disagree?

I was the same way, until I bought a used laptop from a friend that was a Dell and when I had an issue with it, they replaced the part right away. I then saw the great deal on the monitor and jumped on it. I am thrilled I did.

I think my point of view is very simple, people want to spend 300$, have a -23000 sec response time, 30" display, 23400090 connectors, usb, firewire, wi-fi, and ip-tv on a monitor, and it's not a sign of intelligence.
R U saying that 2005FPW sucks with dvd? it's not true, I wouldn't put it in front on my sofa and watch tv on it but it makes a grat job, but only if you're enouth intelligent to know what it's been made for.

Your engrish is consistant with an under educated 13 year old and you want to make broad sweeping comments about intelligence? Comedy gold...

Regards,
Mike

well you gotta give him credit for spelling "intelligence" correctly, that's all
