2005fp wide problem??help

This monitor has worked excellent for the first 2 weeks I've had it but I went to a huge Lan party and it started bugging out halfway through.. While playing FarCry, UT2004 +mods and WoW, games would start then the monitor would shut off during play (screen just goes black / comp stays running).. I've tried running it through the same monitor (buddy next to me) and others with no problems so I ruled out video card probs ect.ect.. Any ideas on what could be going wrong? thx for the help!
