Haven't posted my setup in a while. Just about everything is new except for the mousepad :p

edit: I guess this can be my secondary workstation. In case anyone asks, I have taken the energystar sticker off of the tv. ;)

I haven't seen anyone who put the centre speaker so far down. Center speaker should be more or less in line w/ Front right/left speaker.

Well I rather see the screen than the center speaker myself...

That would give me such a headache, having that 21" that close to me!

You could hook up the samsung, just need a PCI graphic card to add to whatever you have now to make it triple monitors.

That is a nice setup though. :D ;)

Its connected to the laptop. Id need a usb card, but its not really worth it since I dont really NEED it connected there. When my new system is built, every monitor will have a place to connect to. Thanks for the comments! :D

i dont imagine you use that for the forums do you? how could you read any of the text? 0_o
Actually, I'm using it right now posting this. The image is as crisp as a TFT.

My dad has a similar setup with his 42" Sony. Its pretty cool, 1920x1080 Max Res through the HDMI-DVI Interface (1080i) .

Oh yes. Let's just say I have Serendipity on DVD for one reason, and it's not the plot.

In an ideal setup this is true. I have my plasma on a stand and don't plan on wall mounting it in my apartment. When I get in to a house I'll put it up on the wall, and then the center will be on top of the cabinet aligned with the L/R. I have the center angled up so that it hits the sweet spot, it's at the perfect angle (yes I did measure it  stupid engineering background). Also, when I do get a nicer place, those L/R speakers and that center will be used towards 7.1 (I currently have 5.1). My current center is really just another L/R that I'm using due to space constraints. It works just fine, and actually, having matched speakers all around is really nice for music. I'll post a pic of my sub...I love this thing and it's one of the smallest SVS makes. When I move in to a house and can listen to it with decent volumes I'll buy him a big brother. :p

my 80 pound baby:

And yes, that's another table from ikea

Thats one hell of a sub that Id wished I had...But hey, I have a couple 30 pound JBL CF-100 Floorstanding models, theyve got bass like theres no tomorrow, so im pretty content :D

LOL I can honestly say I don't remember any of the music from it, and I think I've seen it a few times

Check these subs out. Getting mine up the stairs was hard enough. Imagine carrying these around

SVS PB12-Ultra/2 and a really crazy one, the Velodyne Digital Drive 1812 Signature Edition (Click on specs for the Velodyne)

i'm not too sure of the make/model but i got it at Staples a year & 1/2 ago
