"My room". Most of my desktop machine is on it's way from Sydney to Perth so I'm stuck with using my laptop. You can tell that I'm custom building my case. Those Skittles are almost gone and many of the things in this room bring back memories. ;) Oh, and I ran out of Blue-tak for my wall decorations, anyone have some spare?

Eh? Thanks...I think I may care next time you say it's gross ;)

You know, I think I may have said this before, possibly even in this thread, but... Any time I see bedrooms with 'interesting' wallpaper, I instantly scan across to the poster's location. 9/10 it's the UK :) I can say this only because I was born and raised on the Great Isle, before moving here eight years ago, and so know how different the two countries are when it comes to wallcoverings (It's TOTALLY common to have every room in the house have a different style wallpaper and carpet in the UK... Here, I got eggshell paint on every wall and the same beige carpet wall-to-wall)

I love the wallpaper! Seriously...bright colors (especially blue and orange) are my primary choice! I like the wallpaper a lot!

Yes, I know. That doesn't mean someone can say "yours is gross". People can have tact. I'm not really bothered to be honest...just strange he went out of his way to say that :).

I like it too! I'm not crazy about the blue carpet, but who cares...it's not like I have to live with it. Anyway, a pretty sweet & clean setup. Props! :)

JD_LiVe: is that the logitech ultra-x keyboard? if so, in games does it suffer the same problem as some of the other logitech keyboards where you can only press 2 buttons at the same time and if you press a third it wont register that key or something to that effect?

Nope. The keyboard's perfect. It's the best keyboard that i've ever used out of MS and logitech stuff.

I'll replace the CRTs with TFTs this summer and sell bout most of the unused parts ...

wow, your desk gave me an awesome idea, i wish i could get ikea or something to do it for me, basically it would be to integrate a server-rack into the end, kind of like how you have yours set up, but make it so you can actually mount the servers/switches/ups right to the desk :) that would be hot

nice idea! have a server rack at the end of a desk. excellent idea! :D

have it big enough to hold like 5-7 1U servers or so. pretty neat idea.

i really want a desk like that, i should email some companies with the idea/targeted audience / etc. heck i could even whip up a 3d model of it since i have alot of time and no real life being a college student.

Wow. Someone else with the same two cases I have. Looks good dude. (I've got mine stacked on top of each other)

OK, my setup is a little different now with its monitor stand. I can now move around a great deal more. It also houses the keyboard if I need it to.

I don’t know how much it costs. It broke at work. Instead of throwing it away, I was able to fix it.
