2003 Server Drive Backup help

I am running windows server 2003 and need to set a schedule so that one of the hard drives backs itself up every mon, wed, fri.
I saw where you could do a complete system backup but I didnt' see anywhere that you could specify to only backup a certain drive. Any help would be appreciated.

start, run, ntbackup, hit enter.. choose what you want to backup
