I was orginally going to wait until the next gen Samsung Monitors (20' UXGA 16ms) arrived which is supposed to be this quarter. I decided against the 213T because the price was too high for a 25ms panal. I want at least 16ms.

But Dell has drastically dropped the price on its 2001FP to just under 1000 Euros all included. This is a limited time over so I need to decide soon. I can fully expect the Samsungs to be of better quality than the Dell, but a higher price tag to boot. I am do everything and am a gamer.

What should I do, buy the cheaper 2001FP or wait until the Samsungs come out.
 
well, i plan on waiting, but thats because for me image quality is more important than low response time
 
if your current monitor is good enough i would just go ahead and wait until the prices of either drop a bit more. i wouldnt expect the new samsung to be all that much better than a 2001fp though.
