Hi all.

1) Prescott overclocking.

does this follow some sort of reverse logic to conventional overclocking. Simple because i was attempting to overclock this chip for a few days without much success. Last night i decided to throw myself into properly. Managed to get a 3.2 chip running at 3.952 (16*247) with a voltage for 1.325! it's rock solid ran 3dmark 2005 overnight without any crash, and very little temperature rise (36C even after all night running 3dmark. It is water-cooled) Suppose my question is. is this normal?

2) MSI George 6800nu 128

I also thought i'd overclock this and unlock pipes etc.

Should i be getting away with the follow?
the 12pipes unlocked to 16 without any problem what so ever.
the 5 Vertex Shaders(?) unlocked to 6

this probably isn't too outrageous, but when overclocking i manage to achieve core clock speed of 425 (100mhz overclock)
and 1050mhz! Memory. Temperatures stayed the same and again ran 3dmark 2005 overnight on these settings rock solid.

Should these things be happened or am i just lucky or am i gonna fry summint very soon?

or should i just give myself a pat on the back?

Mark
