2 Seperate Boards, No POST

Been having a problem with motherboards. Here are the specs:

i5 3570k
AMD 5770
2x4 gig G.Skill
750W Antec

The boards I've tried were an ASRock B75 Pro3 and today I got a Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H. The first board I had problems getting to boot with 2 sticks of ram. I used one stick for a week till I got more. Used 2 sticks for a day and all was good. Later that night it BSOD. Couldn't get it to post any more so I replaced the board. Now this board wont POST at all/no fans spinning. WTF is going? Losing my mind. Please help me.

Could it be the power supply not strong enough for i5? It was just powering a Q6600 an hour before hand.

I regularly boot up such CPUs with a 150W PicoPSU. If your PSU is not broken it should have no problem. Either your CPU is dead or you have a RAM problem. Most boot/stability problems I encountered during the last 15 years were faulty/incompatible RAM modules. And thats regardless whether it were cheap self-built PCs or 8000€ Dell workstations.
 
Try to see if there is a possible grounding issue. Testing outside the case for example. Or try a visual inspection (areas like the I/O shield, stand offs, etc.) and disconnect all the other connectors to the case (such as front panel USB).

Yea we've tried 4 different sticks of RAM in 2 different motherboards. Like I said the last board worked for a week using 1 stick, then had problems when 2 new sticks were introduced. Then stopped booting altogether which I thought was a mobo problem. At this point it can't be RAM or mobo issue. It's either a bad power supply/dirty power possibly? or a CPU problem. We'll find out today hopefully.
 
Endless boot loop still with new PSU. Bad CPU probably. Here goes nothing. No one else had boot loop issues with their Ivy Bridge build?
