Im getting my watercooling parts together and i just have 2 quick questions.

1)should i water cool my nb or get a silent after market fan?

2) Im planning on adding an mcw60 for my 8800gts(with the apropiate ram sinks), and mabey the nb and another 120 single rad. will my db-1 pump be able to pump my loop with already has a 120 dual rad and d-tek fuzion and the added blocks?
 
I have the same mobo as yourself (evga 680i) and I would suggest adding a block to the NB and getting a low profile cooler (Evercool VC-RE) for the SB.

that was my plan. im just worried about having to buy a new pump cuz i cant as im already over my xmas budget.
 
If you can afford it, you may want to split your system into two loops, both with a dB-1 to keep silence, while not having to worry about the dB-1 being too weak. I'm considering doing this myself, if my DDC 3.2 turns out to be too loud.

It would, or a Swiftech QP radiator with a built-in res. Dual pump might work, but it won't be as efficient as two loops. I think a second dB-1 increases flow rate by about 30%, if I remember correctly from Martin's calculator.

Ideally, you would want a double and triple radiator, or at least two doubles, but if that's all you can fit, then yes, I would go with that.
