2 quick questions plz

1) do they make svga to DVI adapters?

2) if my radeon 9800 pro has connectors for DVI and svga and i had 2 monitors each with one, would i be able to run dual monitors?

[mr.fishie]

it depends if it has 2 ports on it for dual monitors im assuming, i dont belive u can hook up svga to the tv out.

1) Yes...here is an svga to DVI adapter http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=14-999-201&depa=0

or do you mean the opposite? An adapter that will take the svga feed and change it to DVI? That, I don't think is possible.

2) Yes, you should be able to.

i think that's what i need psycho, thanks a lot

i have a 2nd crt monitor (it might be broken but i'm not sure, it flickers a lot) but it only has vga output so i might buy that cable and try to run dual monitors from my radeons vga and dvi slots
