i know, but i was guessing that it uses the same type of end-connector (like the OP says, it's a 2-pin plug that looks like a standard 3-pin plug). so if it's just a matter of the piece not being able to plug into his mobo, and he doesn't have the molex adapter, he can just cut or smooth down the offending ridge that's preventing him from plugging it into the mobo.2gigs said:no, it isint for fans, its for a lcd temp display
