2 loops 1 rad?

Now, while its not technically two independent loops - I'm just wondering what would happen if you had a configuration as such

1/2" tubing going from res->pump->triple rad->cpu->gpu->nb->res

and a second "loop" going

1/4" tubing going res->pump->vreg->sb->res

basically the two loops share a common res and only the main loop has a rad. I'm looking at this due to limited space to create a independent second loop, don't want to restrict flow on my cpu/gpu loop, and for the sake of trying something new.

with a high flowing main loop and low flowing secondary loop, how would temps be affected?
 
Similar to 1 loop, except since you have more tubing, you'll have more restriction and less efficiency. And it runs slightly hotter as you now have two pumps contributing heat. And the pumps don't even back each other up in case one breaks down. I'd avoid this.

(If space is an issue, do one loop and don't use a reservoir - go T-line instead.)
