2 Drives (HDD/SSD) disappear at same time?

Hey All---

Looking for some help here. I have a 1TB Barracuda and a 128Gb OCZ Vertex II (both about 18 months old) that both disappeared from my system last night. I did cable swaps, port swaps, controller firmware flash, etc, but no luck. My primary drive (Samsung 256G SSD) still works fine- and shows and is controllable from any SATA slot. This problem is pseudo-happened before but there was a problem with intermittent MBR failings; I was able to boot into them with a diskutil and find them and fix the MBR or at least format them--- now, I can't get them to show up ANYWHERE. Barring plugging it in to another computer as a slave and checking it (which isn't an option at the moment,) anyone have any ideas what might be going on?

Cliffs:
-2 Drives disappear, doesn't appear to be cables/slots/controller
-Problems have arisen before with drives/motherboard but fixable
-Drives cannot be located anywhere (partition magic, windows partition, diskcheck, etc)


System:
MSI Z77 MPower Big Bang
i7-3770
2x EVGA GTX 660TI

Main: Samsung 256G SSD
Secondary: OCZ Vertex 2 128 (problem drive)
Secondary: Barracuda 1TB (Problem Drive)
Secondary: Barracude 1TB (works fine!)
