I went to MicroCenter and saw this monitor, it was a CRT. I was amazed by it, I didn't understand how it could look so good. It beat all the other 21-24'' I've been looking at (talking about the ones i would never buy). Anyway its a 22'', I asked how much " 600+$" I was like DAMN! .. but really it loooooked so damn good I would buy it. Anyway I asked the guy about it he was explaining it to me and said they had the same monitor over there in 19'' for 329$..

So I want to ask .. should i buy
(2) DP930SP 19'' (dual monitor) or buy the DP930SP 22''?

If i buy the 2 I'll buy 1 .. wait a month or 2 and get the other one seperate. If i buy the 22'' it will take .. all of this month and some of next months paycheck.... What would you do?

The DP930 is the 19 inch version, the 22 inch is the DP2070.

I'd probably just go dual 19 inchers (save money). But if you really have the cash, the dual 22 inchers running at 1600x1200@100 Hz sounds pretty nice (they can also do 2048x1536@85 Hz).

I use the NEC FP912 19 inch (Dp930's twin) and it is excellent.

well the
DP930SB is 300$ + 25$ Shipping from Newegg

DP2070SB $669 + 30 Shipping From Newegg

personally, i'd go with dual 930SBs... (maybe i'm biased, that's the setup i have...)

with the 22", you'd get a 1600x1200 workspace. with 2x 19", you have 2560x1024.

do you do any work in photoshop, or other programs with a lot of tool palettes? throw all of those on the second monitor, and have one entire screen just for your work.

OTOH, if you do have the money, or just hate the gap with dual monitors, the DP2070 is awesome. IMO, it has a slightly better picture than the 930.
