2 Choices , what would you pick?

I can get a ATI Radeon 4870 1gb Sapphire or a HIS 4870x2 . I have never owned a HIS product before.

I just purchased the Benq v2400W monitor which should be awesome for a newer card.

Is the performace on the x2 worth the extra 150 bucks?
 
if you can afford the X2 then get that. maybe shoot for a different company than HIS, they seem to have shitty customer service according to a couple of threads here at [H].
 
All else being equal, the x2 is worth the money. (I.E., as long as you don't get screwed by HIS.) They are both nice cards, though.
 
If you can get an X2 for only $150 more than a single 4870 1GB, definitely go for it. It's certainly worth that little of an increase in cost.
 
I ended up getting the 4870 x2 from a user on here so Im hoping to be very happy.

Whats up with their customer service?
