2 catalyst drivers?

i just installed the ati catalyst drivers and under my processes i have 2 ati2evxx.exe and CLI.exe processes running, and im wondering if this is normal?

as far as i know its normal, i get the same thing

Isn't one running for each monitor connection on the card? That's what I though anyway.

i usually kill em off, they are just for the display manager which i hardly use. and they suck ram.
