I just got a new case with 4 fans pushing 35cfm, a 2.8ghz 800mhz fsb northwood and the slk 947u with the stock fan pushing 110cfm. What would be about the fastest i could get this up to with out it dying in less then 2 years?

overclocking is luck

id say 220fsb is a def
230 is a most likly
240 is pretty sure
250 is max with air

No, the P4 should last way beyond the time when you next upgrade. Just don't raise the vcore over 1.7 volts.
