2.8e or 3.2c p4?

Hey guys im looking to spend 190 on a p4 processor. I currently have a 2.8e but it runs kinda hot and im contemplating going for a p4 3 or 3.2 with only 512k cache. What do you guys think about this. THey cost similar in price. Should I switch?
 
Get the P4 3Ghz you might be lucky enough to get one with 30 Caps......I dont exactly know what the hell are the CAPS but it's been round forums lately and it's been proven to overclock like crazy...:D

yeah, ive been hearing that. Can you guys give me the advantages between a 2.8e vs 3.0c or 3.2 c in terms of performance and overclocking. I guess the question is, does the 1mb cache really help things?
