You'll probably have ram instability before you max your OC. So be ready to switch to 5:4 ratio.

And hopefully that ram doesnt disagree with ratios. It shouldnt since its 3200, most ram that I've heard not liking ratios were higher like PC3500-4000

Too bad you have a candy ass video card paired up with that powerhouse CPU/mobo combination.
