2.8c voltages?

Ive got an Intel 2.8c.

in cpu-Z the voltages are going from 5.04 - 5.20 - 5.36 and back down again... is this normal?

Update your CPUZ to the latest version, its a bug with the cpuz display.

The actual voltage of your processor is approx somewhere around 1.4-1.6v.

To go higher than say 1.7v or so you would need exotic cooling, which I doubt you use, or you wouldnt be asking this question.

5V is impossible to boot even under LN, you would do irreparable damage to the processor long before you even hit 3V.
