I can't seem to get my 2.8C(Rev D1) above 3300. Right now it's clocked at 3220 with a 230FSB running at 1:1. The cpu voltage is set to 1.575V and the RAM voltage is 2.8. AGP/pci is fixed at 66/33. I've ran prime for several hours at these settings and it seems fine.
I'm able to hit 235FSB but I have to set the divider down to 5/4, but I'd really like to be in the 240's or even 250. Even with the divider, I'm not able to get much higher then 235. My IC7 reports temps at 53C(@3220) during torture tests which is the same temp when clocked @ 2.8.
Temps reported are with the side panel of my case removed which seems to be optimal :\.
Room temp is ~70F.
I'm somewhat tempted to try to hit 250FSB without going through the 240's, but I'd like to hear what others have to say about doing that.
Also, are people with crazy overclocks getting them without running prime succesfully?
